As the headline says, I have been using Endurox(both original or Excel) for almost 16 years and have no complaints. I am a 47 years old former competitive athlete, now weekend warrior who keeps in shape in order to have a healthy life. I routinely have blood tests checking liver enzymes and lipids and have never seen any side affects, unnoticed or not, from taking this product. Once or twice a year I stop taking this during my cleanse cycle along every other supplement. I have also stopped taking this when I ran out and wasn't able to order any for a while. During those periods I notice definite change in my recovery times and energy through a workout. I have a stressful, highly active job that would be a day long work out for most people. My typical useage is to take one caplet in the morning then the other caplet at least 1-2 hours prior to my work out. This gives coverage for the day and helps me have the energy at the end of the day to get through my swim, run, bike or weight workouts. If you haven't at least tried this product properly for a month, then you are missing out.

I started using this as a college swimmer and have started using it again now that I am running marathons. It makes a notieable difference in terms of recovery and delaying/minimizing lactic acid buildup. I highly recommend it.

Plain and simple - it works. After 2 wks of taking this I shaved 5 mins off my half marathon PR, then a month later shaved 10 mins off my marathon PR. Felt stronger than I've ever felt the final 10 miles of a marathon...my legs just felt a lot less fatigued. Highly recommend it.

I take endrox excel. One month befor the goal event. Like the marathon. All I can say is it works. If you want to try it. I would try it 1st in training then in a race!!!!

If used regularly you will find your endurance will improve. I have noticed that I'm stronger during tempo runs.

What can I say? I've used this product on and off again over the years and it DOES seem to help keep my legs fresher on long runs and certainly aids in recovery.

Long ago Endurox used this same formula in their recovery drinks. You were supposed to drink it after a long run, but I drank it beforehand and discovered very quickly what an awesome product it was. Their recovery drinks are basic electrolytes now, but these capsules are still doing the same great job. The only downside is it can cause frequent trips to the bathroom, so be careful about overuse. I love this stuff. Truly.

I was skeptical, but thought it certainly wouldn't hurt to try it. I find they're most effective after about 2 weeks. I work out 5x a week and was in pretty good shape before I started taking these, but I seem to recover faster and have more endurance when I do take these (plus, my muscles don't feel as worn out to start). I limit myself to taking these during race season.

I have used this product off-and-on for more than 5 years. I am a 47-yr old woman and I participated in the Olympics when I was much younger and thereafter for 20 years I remained in shape. Due to surgery and no exercise for 2 years, I found out that I am lactic sensitive and I allowed myself to get out of shape. Getting back into shape was not difficult from a cardio aspect but difficult with respect to the lactic acid that built up in my muscles. This product takes about 2 - 3 work outs to fully kick-in but it eliminated the painful muscle lactic build up while increasing my endurance. I love, love, love it.

This stuff does work by giving you more endurance. You can work out longer without fatiguing as quickly. It takes about a week to fully kick in and has a bit of a funny smell but it's well worth it.

Save your money... this doesn' really do anything and isn't worth the cash. I tested this product for 30 days and did not see any results.
