I agree with previous reviewer: After my 20-mile long runs, I felt very good after incorporating Endurox into my recovery regimen. I like the vanilla, but if you don't use enough, it does taste a bit thin.

After carrying 50+ pounds of gear for hours on end I wouldn't end the day without a glass of this. I woke up every following morning feeling like a million bucks. The fruit punch mixed with a 12oz juice is heaven.
