I really had good results with the lemon-flavor. I used it while training and during my last 1/2 and full marathons this past May. The taste is a bit icky when warm, but I usually mixed it with ice cubes and water in my hand-held water bottle to keep it cool as long as possible. I had no tummy pr

I would give the product a 5 but the last time I ordered the Orange it DID NOT have caffeine in it. I love accelerade and have gotten many of my friends to try and use. Right now I have the lemonade with caffeine, but would like the orange back. Even asked the guy at warehouse in Columbus to look
