I would give the product a 5 but the last time I ordered the Orange it DID NOT have caffeine in it. I love accelerade and have gotten many of my friends to try and use. Right now I have the lemonade with caffeine, but would like the orange back. Even asked the guy at warehouse in Columbus to look...

I have always loved the Accel Gel on long runs and when I ran out I had a container of Accerade that I purchased from my local running store. I drank 12 oz prior to a long run and really did feel the difference. My son uses it before his hockey games. He calls it Hurcu-aid, you know like Hurcules....

I've used accelerade for quite some time. I started noticing GI problems on runs over 2 hrs and switched drinks. GI problems stopped. I probably won't use it again even though I like the protein idea

This product is fine, but RRS took a major step back in discontinuing the Orange flavored drink that does not contain caffeine. I see no reason for any runner to require caffeine during a run, and I am an early morning runner. I had call Pacific Health to confirm that they still sell non-caffinate...
