This is really tough to rate because gels are a personal thing. I however like to take in a thinner gel because I don't want something caked in my mouth. It seems like when I was feeling like I wanted more of a true food, then I would take down the accel gel. If I wanted something I could easily down, I would go after enervit. Accel gel does serve its purpose though. It is a little too thick for me though.

I've used GU and other products, but the benefit of this product is that its less viscous, so you can get it down easier...and of course it works well.

I have used the chocolate-caffeine for several longth runs, including 2 half-marathons. Less sticky and esaier to manage than other gels. Digests easily

Really effective. And for me, they taste a bit better than other gel choices. Try the key lime...

I like the texture, lighter and not as sticky as other brands. The chocolate is my favorite. I used it during my first half marathon and had no problems.

Finally a gel that I just don't tolerate and force down, but one I actually like. I've only tried Strawberry Kiwi though.

What a pleasant surprise! I took this new gel along on a 14 mile run. After 45 minutes was ready to shudder as it went down-like with other brands I have used. This was like swallowing melted chocolate-very smooth and not thick.Seemed to give the energy boost I was looking for as well.

I have used the chocolate. It tastes good, is easy to ingest (not too thick) and digests easily. I take one before and then every 45 minutes to an hour during marathons.
