I decided to order this because it was cost effective and included some protein. I wanted to see if that helped. No one in the household noticed a benefit, but we did notice the unusual taste, after-taste, and globby mixing (as compared to Cytomax, G2, Heed). At this point, I'm the only one willing to make the sacrifice of drinking it.  Pros

It seems like my endurance has improved because before I used this product I would fade badly after 3 or 4 miles. Now I run up to 9 and am able to pick up speed in the last mile. I might add that I am 63 years old and didn't run that much since my 30s. Pros
