Tastes good. Helps recovery Great. I didn't want to buy into the hype, but the Endurox really does seem to help me recover quickly. What used to be a required two days off post long run has now turned into a single day off. Workouts don't seem complete without Endurox. The soreness and stiffness don't quite wash away, but as with FRS, when I DON'T take the Endurox, I just feel the lingering effects of long runs and hard workouts. Not cheap, but worth the investment.

I attended a seminar with my running group on proper fueling and the instructor recommended Endruox and the benefits of the recovery after running. I was browsing on Roadrunner and found the Endurox4 so I ordered some. Low and behold I love the taste of the drink and I have no muscle soreness and my energy level is like I didn't run at all. I have recommended this recovery drink to several friends and have even given out samples for people to try. I love the product

I use Endurox R4 right after all my runs and there is only one word to describe it: AWESOME! There isn't as much soreness in my muscles and my recovery time is much quicker. I highly recommend it to all who hadn't tried it out yet. And the taste is very good.

I'd call this twice as effective as GU's recovery beverage and tastes better (at least the Lemon/Lime does). Had no trouble meeting all training runs for my first marathon this past summer/fall. Buying another supply now for the next training cycle.

Love this drink. I take it after a hard run, bike or swim. It seems to help deal with the rigors of triathlon training. The Fruit Punch tastes good and best of all it mixes well.

I'm a huge skeptic on products like this, besides I like chocolate milk. I read about this stuff in Jeff Galloway's book. Since Jeff was my go to guy for marathon training I thought I'd try it. The first time I use it was after a 10 miler. The package states to use it immediately after exercise lasting one hour or more. I took a bottle containing the two scoops and added a bottle of water. My first impression was that it is a bit chalky but not bad. (I got the lemon lime). Next day my legs felt great. Much better than usual. So far so good. I did 12 miles two weeks later and followed with this stuff. OK now I'm A believer. I really do feel that this helps a lot with recovery. Especially effective in preventing the aches and heaviness that come after a long run. I am currently training for a half in November and then I have a marathon in may. I plan to use this on my long runs.

I really like this product - quick recovery time and doesn't taste so artificial (fruit punch). Before start taking this drink I was only taking amino, which helped some but I experienced huge weight loss and couldn't maintain the same level of energy. Not anymore, R4 has protein in it, just enough to retain my weight. I just wish they make this in easier to transport small size for traveling (like small travel one time usage pack)
