Medium fit ok on me, but seems a bit loose after using a few months. Weight loss/more toned? Or elastic stretched on belt. Still very comfortable. Bottle holder straps are elastic and hold well, but can be tricky to reinsert bottle. Need to use both hands. I orded the gel flask to add to the be

Nice fuel belt but when they small, they mean it. I'm a ladies size 4 and the small is way too small!
