      I run a 10 mile loop around my house. It's nice to stop in change out the empties for full ones and continue my 20 miler. Just the right size not to feel bulky.

          These bottles are the exact same bottles that I received when I purchased my fuel belt. I lost a cap off of one of them (my bad for not putting it on better after removing it while running), so I decided to get some extras. The bottles are small enough to carry in your hand, if you don't have a holder, and I also like the extras to share with my kids if we are running in warm weather.

          The plastic does have a rather unpleasant taste with plain water, but I just add a little GU powder to the water (or EmergenC) to cover that flavor. Plastic is plastic - it tends to collect flavor and give off flavor. They are dishwasher safe, but I prefer handwashing them.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
