      My first running belt. I like the design and that is very light even with the two bottles fill with frozen water. The only observation is that don't preserve too much the cold temperature, but is just an observation. The pocket is only for keys and ID but is o.k. because the main objective is maintaining the weight low. Not recommended for log runs due to the small size of the bottles if you are a heavy drinker.

        Purchased this fuel belt for my wife. At 5'4'' and 107lbs we were worried it wouldn't fit properly around her waist. The adjustable size straps and velcro buckle attachment helped secure the belt in place, and movement during her runs is minimal. She wears the belt on runs longer than 10 miles - Unfortunately the 7oz bottles hold too little water for anything over 13-15 miles (and she doesn't drink a lot). The pouch that comes with the belt is small. She can fit one Power Bar Harvest Energy bar in it, but nothing else. I imagine it could hold 2 or 3 gels, or 1 - 2 packs of energy beans/candy. It's certainly not big enough for her cell phone (HTC EVO 3D).

        In order to make the belt more functional I ordered the 10oz bottles and the medium sized pouch add-ons. The extra product cost an additional $30 (shipping included). The new pouch easily holds two energy bars, or one energy bar and her cell phone. The extra 6oz of water is nice, too.

        This is a fantastic belt for training runs, just be prepared to shell out some extra dough if you're planning on wearing this thing for extended periods of time.
