I am currently training for my first ultramarathon and needed a hyrdration belt for my long runs. The water bottle has good carrying capacity. It has a good flat shape for fit on the belt and for handling while drinking. It has to 2 pockets enough for keys, money, and some fuel (gummy bears). The price was amazing at under $20. The only issue I have is that the adjustable straps slip and loosen during my runs, so I had to use rubber bands to decrease slippage. I would recommend this product.
