I love Fluid's Recovery drink so had to get this - it has sodium citrate to keep lactate acid low, 100 cals per serving, light taste (I use the blueberry pom flavor). no artificial colors.
maltodextrin and fructose for sweetening.

I love to use fluid performace while I race and train. Fluid performance allows me to train hard during intense workout sessions and replenishes my body with electrolytes. I also love to use fluid muscle recovery after training or races. It definitely helped me after the wildflower triathlon long course.

I use FLUID Performance during my runs, during a day of beach volleyball, or while swimming. I use it about 30-45 minutes of activity to restore my electrolytes. Plus it has clean calories with a starch base which keeps me going.

This is the best drink in my opinion on the market that isn't artificial and tastes Extremely Amazing.

Fluid Performance is great for all sports. I love using it. With a lot of during exercise products, I find that I get an upset stomach from drinking it. A lot of competitor products are too sugary. This one tastes great and doesn't upset the stomach. A+

I've been racing triathlons for over 7 years and I've tried Hammer, Gatorade, Powerade, Accelerade and other stuff and this is by far the best "during exercise" product I've had. It's easy on the stomach, provides obvious energy to prevent bonking, is reasonably priced and actually makes you want to drink. Try it, you will never go back to the other stuff.

Its been about a year and a half since I first heard of fluid at the March triathlon series in Arroyo Grande, Ca. At that time all they had was the recovery powder. I fell in love with the product and the company. I was excited when I found out that they were coming out with an electrolyte drink because I didn't like any of the other options so I only drank water while training. I am a very faithful Fluid drinker and strongly recommend it to everyone I meet that's willing to listen.
