It looks gimmicky and the advertisements are rather cheesy but the product is golden. I've only had this thing for days but my plantar fascitis is feeling 50 times better already. If you got high arches, inflamed arches or heel spurs - get this!

Despite shoe changes, my feet seem to always ache after a long run. This thing does the trick to relieve that aching. I'm also getting one for my dad who shattered both heels two years ago and has chronic foot pain--he tried it and loved it.

Deep tissue massage feels extremeley good especially after a long day or under my desk at work. Helped with my plantar but am using it still after!
