really like the lift it gives me - not caffineated, but keeps me more alert and really helps with recovery. I like the regular vs. low cal, but that's just me.

I've been taking FRS daily for about 6 years - way before Lance jumped on board. It totally rocks. It helps boost daily energy and I believe quickens recovery time. Personally - I love the taste of the orange. My wife does NOT like it - but most people I've given some to like it. As a competitive marathoner and triathlete - I HIGHLY reocommend this product!!

FRS works. Some nights I dont get as much sleep as I would like and this stuff is a good middle of the afternoon companion to stay alert and sharp. It is easy to add to a water bottle to consume throughout the day.

I use these instead of 5 hour energy products at a fraction of the cost. I take it before tennis matches, races, soccer games, and sometimes refill those little 5 hr. energy bottles to take some with me. Don't know how the two compare, but I think they are probably fairly similar in results, and way way less expensive.

Very interesting product, I did experience a noticable increase in energy. It lost a star due to flavor, I'm not a big fan of the orange flavor, but it's still drinkable. This bottle has lasted a lot longer than 2 weeks, since I don't work out every day nor do I drink it with the frequency recommended on the bottle (too many calories).

I have taken multiple vitamin supplements over time along with having a healthy lifestyle. FRS is nothing more than a decent complex of antioxidants with a few good vitamins here and there. My New Chapter Organics Men's Daily which is also made for women does the same thing and is cheaper. I also take a B complex. I have tried FRS and am a week through it. I am not convinced on anything except that Lance is backing it therefore people think it must be good, and Livestrong is on the label. It says its natural energy and Lance says thats what keeps him going. Trust me! He takes more than just that. And whoever said Lance was natural.
