My husband loves these during the day, for a quick, sweet change of pace. I'm not into chews and could see how this flavor isn't as sweet as some candy like products.

I was excited to try it but it taste so bad and there is a bad after taste. I didn't feel that much of an energy boost. For the price, it's not worth it.

I have only tried the pomegranate flavor so I am not sure about these flavors. The pomegranate was a strange color and reminded me of chewing on a flinstone vitamin when I was younger. I did not feel a HUGE surge of energy after eating these but a small difference was noticeable. Overall I would give these a 6 out of 10 and I'm not sure I'd purchase them again.
