      I have had horrendous pain in my left heel for weeks now. I tried icing, ibuprofin, massage with a lacrosse ball, and extra stretching, but I always had a small amount of pain. I put the sleeve on, and by end end of the day, I was pain free. It's nothing short of a miracle, I swear.
