      Small for my female wrist:) Heart rate monitor strap is too big so I altered it. My old watch had moisture in it after I replaced the battery and Garmin sent me a new one(1 day under warranty). I have a back up now. Love this watch but the foot pod works best with Nike since it goes into the shoe. The foot clip method does not work accurately for me. Use this daily. Easy to navigate and download. Love it!

        This is my second Garmin from Roadrunner and I love the watch! I mainly use it to track my calorie's burned in my Jazzercise classes but, I have used it in the past for running too. It keeps track of your miles and time. It's a great watch for beginner runners and its easy to use.
