      I use the garmin edge for heart rate zone training not only on the bike or for a run but for heart rate zone training indoors so I rely heavily on an accurate heart rate reading. With the new strap I feel I get more accuracy than with the strap it came with.

      This strap is not the one that you use with the latest watches from garmin 620/220/tenix..it works but does not record all parameters, luckily I needed a new strap for the 210 watch that still works. The HRMrun is the updated strap for vertical oscillation and ground contact time
