Comments about Garmin vivofit Wrist Band 3 pack Small Monitors:

I use my VivoFit ever day! It sync's to the free Garmin Express (online) so all my garmin products are in one placve. You can also sync it with My Fitness Pal. It is very easy to use.

After an hour of no movement a red band appears across the top. Every 15 mins. another bar appears until you get up and move around for a while. Very motivating to get up and away from my computer during the day.

You can sign in to Garmin Express and adjust the steps per mile (distance) for a more accurate step count.

I was at a race expo and my VivoFit fell off! Garmin gave me a discount and sent me a free clasp to add to my new VivoFit so it will not fall off now.

      The bands are easy to change out and like the various colors. My one issue with the Vivofit is that it doesn't have a setting for step length to calculate accurate distances walked.
