Tried the Orange burst for the first time on a 1/2 Marathon. I was truely amazed. I never lost my edge. I took it at the begining and at mile 8. Just was impressed with it for the little investment, how big of a difference it made for me. I will be using it more often for my longer races.

I love the Espresso Love before any workout. I'm not a big eater before I run and I don't indulge in any other caffeine so the boost really makes a difference.

The newer mint GU is a refreshing improvement to the original chocolate. What flavor! Love it. Hard not to want this outside running. Makes me look forward to logging those miles!

Great to use during marathon training and on race day! The best part is the chocolate GU flavor tastes like chocolate cupcake icing! They definitely help give that extra boost in energy, especially during those last few miles.

Could not do those long runs without the GU! It keeps me going. I have tried to run long distance without the GU and I end up fatigued and cannot run the distance. Go GU! Try it; it is great!

Recently started using GU on my long runs training for 1st marathon, and the difference is definitely noticeable. As a 25-year, early morning runner, my favorites runs are before breakfast with little to nothing on my stomach. That works fine for runs of less than an hour, but I struggled when I got an hour into long runs. Now, I down one GU with water 15 minutes before I run and one every 45 minutes during my run, and I've had no problems keeping my energy up all the way through my workouts.

I like to use this product on longer runs. It's easy to carry and use while on the move. Helps give you that needed boost of energy as the miles pile up. Great buy!

Just tried Salted Carmel for the first time--new favorite. I can only eat these things in flavors that might actually occur in a "gooey" form (chocolate is like chocolate pudding, carmel is like...carmel). So glad to have a new flavor to add to the mix.

Love these gels. Taste SO good, plus have caffeine and electrolytes. Love them in the winter because they almost seem warm! But the electrolytes are the bomb in the summer. NO stomach distress at all - used for a bunch of half marathons, and a recent full marathon. Best gels ever.

I've bought whole boxes of salted caramel and caramel macchiato - taste so good and give energy for long runs. It's not too runny so I can take half a packet and run with the other half without it seeping out. Disolves quickly - no chewing or stopping necessary.

When I run/workout after a long day GU really helps me to give it my best. It tastes good (at least the flavors I have tried) and my recovery is better too. All in all this is a great product that I really recommend.

LOVE the salted caramel flavor. I am amazed how well these work! I was concerned about the caffiene (salted caramel has 20mg/packet), but I didn't have any problems. I am a no caffiene person (causes headaches for me), but didn't get a headache whenever I used these. I typically take 1 GU 15 minutes before long runs and another around mile 6-8. Works well to get you through longer runs and also helps with recovery. Highly reccomend!

GU is great for races and helps boost your energy and mentality when you need a little kick. Vanilla is my favorite and tastes like pudding. Salted caramel is good and Jet Blackberry.

I used this product on my long runs (11 miles). I take after running about an hour.. It's easy to take while still running and I simply fold when I'm done and put into my pouch until I pass a trash can. Love the convenience.

LOVE the mixed gu pack. There are 7 different flavors and I'm looking forward to trying out which ones I do/do not prefer. Just wish the tear away tab stayed put so that you didn't have to litter or worry about that bit of trash but other than that, great product! So far I've had the chocolate (which tastes like frosting to me) and vanilla (which reminded me of pudding). Can't wait to try the rest! yum!

I'm hooked on the GU, love the taste of Salted Caramel. I use it on my long runs, after about 40 minutes of running. It gives me the boost I need for the next 4 or 5 miles.

The salted caramel one is AMAZING. It tastes like a little pouch of caramel sauce, and it perks me up & keeps me energized for spin class.

We use these gels for our long runs and they work great in terms of quick energy. The only downside is that you have to rip the top completely off to take them, which might make for more litter than if the whole package stayed together (I know other brands have "no litter" tops).

Tastes almost too salty before run but the salty taste is somewhat refreshing during a run. The Carmel is to die for. Can't wait to run long next week.
