This is a great product! For someone that does alot of longer runs I usually get sick of the tast to the point I can hardly stomach the gel! GU's vanilla bean flavor not only tastes great but is amazing the energy if gives you almost instantly! I usually take one every 45-60 minutes of my long runs!

This gel is great. We hike on weekends in North County and I take one before going out and it really gives me that push I need to get up and over the hills and back. I take 2 or 3 with me when we do 11 to 15 mile hikes

Yum! Vanilla Bean tastes just like like frosting and Espresso is also very tasty. Both have worked really well for me on 10 mile runs/races.

chocolate tastes like choc pudding, great for a gel! really helped the first half of my half marathon, when i ate it pre-race.

The "just plain" is adequate and can also be a good remedy for runners who have digestive issues while running. Sometimes flavor complicates things.

Great energy gel, I use before races and long training runs, excellent recovery, great on the bike also. Vanilla bean is the best gel I have ever tasted.
