Save money, save the environment. Cheaper and easier than lugging all those Gatorade bottles home, plus you won't have to recycle all the plastic bottles. 4 full scoops to one 32 ounce Nalgene bottle and it tastes great. Lasts a long time.

It does dissolve ok (ish) but you have to be quick. Drop it into a dry bottle or a bottle pre-filled with water and shake vigorously very quickly until dissolved. Another way is to pre-make it with hot water, in which case it dissolves perfectly, and then leave it in the fridge. Whether you struggl
