GU is what i live off of. first i went vegetarian. then i went vegan. at that point i was having a hard time finding what to eat. thats when i discovered GU. now its all i eat. i have lost soooo much weight. its amazing and only slightly gross. GO GUITARIAN!

Gu is a great product, but I have not noticed an appreciable difference between roctane and caffeinated gu, except for the price!!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!! I took in two an hour at Peacock 54 and finished feeling wonderful...but expensive....

This is the first gel that actually makes you feel as if you were coming back from the dead. Love it! Expensive though, so I only use for runs that last over 2 hours.
