Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I was looking for an alternative to GU gels. I love these! Very easy to chew as I'm running. No more stopping to choke a gel down! Pros

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I like Chomps better than Shot Blocks. The Pomogranite and Peach/Tea do not make me hungry when I use them. Pros

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I run early in the morning & the Chomps get me going & keep me going. I use the caffeine Chomps. May be mental, but I really like them. Pros

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I eat one pack about 15 minutes prior to running, and take additional packs with me on runs of twelve miles or more. They satisfy hunger and prevent hunger distractions during workouts. Affordable and definitely better quality nutrition than "jelly beans." Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: Much better than the Cliff Shot Blocks! Those were absolutely disgusting! These are great, smooth, go down easy and no water is needed! I'm not a huge fan of orange flavored anything, but the orange is great in these! Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I received a sample packet of Strawberry GU Chomps with my Roadrunner "New Balance" shoe order. Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I have used the GU Chomps without caffeine for my past mid runs (10 miles +) and wish I had gotten the ones with caffeine instead. The taste of the blueberry is tart and nice. The consistency is that of a Swedish fish candy. My only complaint is that it lacked the "pick me up" power of the regular GU gel. Otherwise, it is a very convenient product: you can consumme it little by little and stuff it in your bra without having gu all over you. I will buy again, but with caffeine. Pros

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I bought a box of these for my 10+ mile runs, and they are great! Good energy, good flavor, and not terrible to chew during the run like the Gu liquid.

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: Like chomping on these little gummy treats during training indoors on the bike trainer or in the car off to the pool for the morning swim workout. Good for outdoor training as well, however have to change the packaging for racing. Pros

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I use the orange GU chomps for runs over 90 minutes--eating one every 20-30 minutes with water. I don't use the whole packet for one run, so I put the amount I need in a small ziplock bag and put the bag in my pocket. I find they give me the extra energy I need to finish a long run feeling good. Pros

Comments about GU Chomps 16 pk Nutrition: I first tried the chomps at the PF Chang marathon. I thought they tasted great and were easy to handle. Once I found them at RRS I decided they were affordable too!
