I really like the taste of this. Its a really good recovery product, problem is that it goes by fast if you run often. If you don't have a bottle to shake it in, it might clump up, but it's not so bad because it tastes good. I usually just add this and water in a cup and mix it with a spoon and scoop up the clumps.

I use this after runs of 10 miles or more. I've had shorter recovery times and less muscle soreness. It also helps give me a boost to take on the rest of the day. I like the strawberry better than the orange.

I've been using this about 3 times per week - after long run or quality workout. It completely has eliminated the muscle soreness I would have 1-2 days after hard runs. It has improved my recovery so much it almost feels like I'm cheating. I highly recommend GU recovery drink. I find the taste just fine

this is the first recovery drink I've tried so I don't have much to compare it to. The taste is pretty good and it definitely seems to help with recovery after long workouts. My only complaint would be that it doesn't mix up completely for me. I follow the directions, but always end up with little chunks that don't dissolve.

This recovery drink is great! It really works!! You will notice the difference the first time you use it after a workout. After cardio class & weigh training, areas I used to be sore in I wasn't sore the next day after taking this drink mix right after my workout. The taste is great, not to thick, not too sweet, it's just right & way better tasting than the strawberry-watermelon flavor in my opinion.

A pretty good recovery drink mix. The taste is ok, can taste a little chalky if not mixed with the right amount of water. Best when water is very cold. Mixes well with no clumps as long as you only use 1/2 water, add powder, then add the rest of the water to top off. I would recommend this drink for anyone that works out hard & needs a recovery drink afterwards.
