This is a great deal. It is like a GU starter set. You can try many of the flavors and varieties that GU has to offer. If you are a regular long distance runner, this kit will easily last a month or more. I recommend it highly.

I used these before my 10k training runs, and I definitely noticed that my energy stores didn't deplete as fast as before. As for the flavors:

Mandarin - good, sherbert flavor
Lemon Sublime - good, like lemon meringue
Strawberry-Banana - weak flavor
Mint Chocolate - very good, like a peppermint patty
Vanilla Bean - good, tastes like Rolos
Tri-Berry - Very good, rich flavor
Chocolate Outrage - Very good, like fudge brownie batter
Jet Blackberry - Very good, deep berry flavor
Espresso Love - Very good, like Tiramisu
Pineapple - Not a fan
Chocolate-Raspberry - good, rich flavors
Cherry Lime - minimal cherry flavor
Blueberry Pomegranite - very good, nice flavor
Vanilla Orange - Not a fan, bland flavor

Use this for my marathon training. Helped me to find products that fit into my regimen. My only con is that many of the gels have caffeine in them and I'm not into caffeine so much.

This sampler was a fun chance to try a bunch of flavors that I can't find here in town. I'm not sure it was a great "deal" in that the stuff is pretty expensive for what it is, but the variety of flavors was nice and it met my needs for a specific race.

I got one of these samplers as a gift for Christmas. I have enjoyed it so much, I bought this one for my husband. I only use GU gels, but stuck to the flavors I knew I liked. This has given me a chance to try new flavors of the gels and the different products GU offers. Was a great deal for what you get.

Some of the flavors appeal to me more than others. I gave three away right away. Expresso Love GU is delicious! I felt like the GU, Roctane and Chomps really helped make my early morning long runs easier to complete. Used one of the electrolyte drink mixes over three hours as I dug a new garden and felt like it really helped me along better than water alone.

I live in an area where I have limited choices and options of purchase for running supplies. This assortment box is perfect for me to try new Gu's as well as stay stocked for all my runs. The price is right, too!

The product sampler is great! Comes with the gel, gummies, powder for your water. Therefore you can try any method you like best to consume the GU!

I have used GU in every long run (anything over 60 mins) for 8 years. I wanted to try the different flavores and am very happy with the sampler. I do have to drink a bit of water with them but I love the boost I get while running! It is just what I need to keep going and doesn't cause any tummy trouble!

This pack is a great way to sample different flavors of GU, as well as the drink powders and chomps. Not a fan of the recovery drink (don't like the taste), but everything else is good. I love the Roctane gels! I hope they come out with more flavors of those in the future.

GU, what can I say about GU that you don't already know. It tastes good. It's thicker than PowerGels (so if you like the viscosity, stay with them). It comes in LOTS of flavors. The High Octane versions don't really feel that much higher in octane to me, but I run my engine pretty hot to begin with. The GU recovery sample is/was not enough of a test for me to want to get away from my Endurox. I have liked GU, I like GU and plan on using it till something better comes along.

Utilized it for the first time during a half marathon.. midway, i took a GU and really had no problems with energy/leg strength on second half. I now use i t on all my long runs and run with more stamina/endurance during them.

I use the gels about 1/2 way through a long run, and carry a water bottle with the powdered energy mix. This works great. The hydration powder after a workout is a welcome relief after a looooong run

This is a great way to find out what flavor GU you like. Some of the flavors I thought I would like I didn't and vice versa. The GU Roctane is perfect for the longer runs. The Gu brew electrolyte was good kept me hydrated and you could tell there was a lot of sodium in it. The GU brew recovery wasn't the best tasting but seemed to do the job. The Gu Chomps taste good and seemed to give you some extra energy.

I've always been a fan of Gu, but I was interested in trying their other products. Used a combination of Gu and Chews for my 18 mile run, and Gu and Roctrane for my 14 mile run. Love the chews since I have to admit that I actually wanted to sink my teeth into something at several intervals (5 and 10 miles). I don't know if it's mental or real, but I always feel a nice little boost like my legs could go longer after one of these. :-) Haven't yet tried the brew or the recovery because I was saving them for my trip to Athens for the marathon -- in a powdered form, I don't have to worry about getting liquids through airport security.

A very cost effective way to try the various GU products. I have found some surprising favorites that I probably wouldn't have purchased individually if it hadn't been in the sampler. Love GU!
