    The idea is great and I'm sure for cyclists it would be great. But for runners, it's absolutely terrible. I run with a Nathan 4 bottle belt with race caps and 10oz bottles. After 13 miles or so I need to re fill my bottles. Easy, break up some tablets, plonk them and away you go. The problem with these tablets is they effervesce. So pressure builds up in your bottles and with every stride you are squirting GU Brew out the top of your race cap all over your arms etc. Not only do you lose your drink until they finish fizzing (it takes ages) but you end up all sticky too.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
