    I was a little hesitant to try the new flavor, but it's cherry with a perfect hint of lime-so it was blended perfectly. I usually use the regular GU, but Roctane is perfect for longer runs and/or marathons. It is a good "kick" to have during the last of a hard workout or race. Would definitely recommend this flavor as well!

    A step up from Gu with more amino acids which help me recover. Extra citrate helps with lactic acid removal also. Not cheap....but great flavors like pineapple and chocolate cherry.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
