    I am nearing the end of my first container and panicked when I realized I might have to do some long runs or rides without my Roctane! I can't believe how much energy this gives me. It has a nice mild flavor and mixes well. No chunks. I am very picky about liquid flavors and I have been using the berry. It's quite good. I think he caffeine helps. I use 1 scoop before exercise lasting an hour or more and I use 2 scoops per bottle on the bike and about 1 bottle per hour. I switched from Accelerade to Roctane- it has a better flavor and mixes better. Hope my new order gets here quickly.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
