      I use GU while training for marathons, if it bothers your GI tract, try taking half to start. I could not get my long miles accomplished without GU. In the cold of winter I can still use GU without problems.

        The taste and texture are amazing, not to mention the extra energy boost I get on long cardio sessions. I wish the ripoff tab would be attached since its easy to drop it when exercising (and prevent littering!)

          I use the GU for my longer runs (anything over 10 miles) and for a good pre-workout burst of energy for my shorter runs (5-7 miles).

          This is a great flavor combo, with a nice mix of GU with caffeine (chocolate) and without (peanut butter).

          These both taste good even when cold (I live and train in Ohio), so when I say cold, I mean cold.
