I've used hammer gels for the last two years during marathons, but they provide no electrolyte help and I developed cramp issues when I modified my diet at the beginning of this year. My gut can't handle gatorade or other sources available during races, so I added the endurolytes at the end of my last training cycle and beat my PR by four minutes without any cramps. Another great product from Hammer. I use hammer gel, recoverite, and now endurolytes and recommend them all.

I am training for an ultra marathon and needed something light weight and easy to ingest. If you have trouble with Gels like GU then this could really help you out. Endurolytes fit the bill and I plan on using it again in the future.

I have used endurolytes in runs over 2 hours and all of my adventure races and they are great. Muscles feel fresher and cramp less, and in really long events (12 hours plus) they make a huge difference in mental focus and mood. The only real "supplement" I use.
