Helped out tremendously and no longer have any stomach issues while running. I have only used Strawberry so far. The taste is ok and definitely takes a little while to get used to but I don't mind it now. I use 1 packet for every 18 oz of water and I mix it in a blender or else it looks like large chunks are floating the water if you only shake it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Pros
