this is my primary (and sometimes sole) source of energy on bike rides > 3 hours. i have had no negative issues while using this product while training for an Ironman event. Easy to consume, digest, and regulate caloric intake. Very mild taste makes a multi-hour bottle manageable (personally not a fan of the Caffe Latte flavor).

Works for me!
I used this product throughout my marathon training with no problems. I tend to have stomach issues with just about anything as the miles progress. Perpetuem is easy to digest and isn't loaded with sugar. The flavor is very mild, not sugary. I have also used it for very long bike rides with the same positive results.
Best nutrition for endurance out there!
This is the best product that has the best mix of carbs and proteins. Other long distance fuel doesn't keep me going when training and racing for the Ironman as much as PERPETUEM does.
Great for runs longer than 2 hours. Helps with recovery. I used this product during the Pikes Peak Marathon and long training runs. Has a mild taste.

Used in 100 mile run
Perpetuem was my main fuel source for a 100 mile ultra I just completed. Used the Strawberry and Orange flavors. Started using it at about three hours, as the instructions suggest. One of the single serve packs was divided in into each of my 10 oz. flasks. I refilled the bottles about every 5-6 miles. I found myself feeling fine the entire race and was able to finish feeling fine. There was little need for solid food or other supplementation. Just water when appropriate. Follow the directions, run strategically, and give it a go.

Love this product for taking in calories on the bike. I like the fact that it has some protein in it. I use 2 scoops and 22 oz of water for a total of 270 calories. I use one bottle per hour. Cafe latte tastes great, I have not tried the others. If I have a run after a long bike i do like to eat some solid food to keep things from sloshing around. this product has not bothered my stomach where Heed has.

I bought this because I wanted something to help me during my half Marathon. I used this item during the Long Beach Half Marathon last week and not only did it gave great boost when needed but it gave me sustained energy for the whole race. The only mistake I did was not take the recommended dose and cramped up the last 50 meters.

Used this as my exclusive nutrition source during a 50 mile ultra last october. Never had to eat a single thing at the aid stations. Just added one electrolyte cap per hour and that was it. Caffe-latte is awesome, orange is decent, and strawberry is so-so.
Worth trying for 2+ hour events
I liked the taste and this seemed to help me on longer distance events. I mixed more concentrated versions then diluted them by drinking water from a camelback. I didn't seem to suffer from a lack of energy like I had without supplements and like this better than gels or chews. I haven't tried paste- consistency type concentrations. I plan to keep using this for my long duration events.
Fuel for the long haul.
Had trouble with energy late in my bike rides and into the run during my intermediate Triathlons. This solved the issue. I drink it every 15 min during my bike ride and it does the trick.

This has been the most effective "fuel on the fly" for me. I feel so much better when I use this on a multi-hour bike ride. It tastes good too.

Excellent energy/nutrition source that I use on long (more than two and a half hours) biking and running workouts. It tastes good and is easy to digest. Orange-Vanilla is my favorite flavor, with strawberry-Vanilla a close second. The Caffe Latte also tastes good, but I usually don't take caffeine.
