    This stuff definitely works!! I'm training for my first marathon and started using this after my long runs. I always used to have a lot of muscle soreness for a day or two after, but not anymore! NO. SORENESS. AT. ALL. It's amazing!

    I'm usually skeptical about these types of things, but I'm so happy I tried it! I've only had the chocolate so far and the taste isn't terrible, though I wouldn't say it's delicious. I'm going to try the strawberry next.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
