Nutrition: When I don't have a Sweet Potato or any real whole food to eat after a workout, Hammer Recoverite seems to do a great job in helping my muscles recover from a long workout. Usually without some type of recovery meal/drink my muscles feel fatigued throughout the day, but after drinking Hammer Recoverite, I don't have that muscle soreness. I definetly recommend this product. Pros

Comments about Hammer Nutrition Recoverite 32 svg. Nutrition: I use Recoverite after all my long runs. I usually mix the strawberry with soy or 1% milk, strawberries, ice and frozen bananas, put it in a blender and make a Recoverite smoothy. Feel less achy and sore the next day. Sometimes will cut 2 scoops to one after a shorter run. Always make sure I have enough at home. For recovery purposes, I'd highly recommend it. Pros
