Hey - this is the same as the old roadrunner endurojoint they used to carry - I didnt realize hammer made it, but glad it's still available. mix of gluco-chondro sulfate keeps my 35 years of running relatively pain free.

I use Tissue Rejuvenator in higher doses when the mileage increases and I start to feel my knees and elbows ache. It's effects are almost immediate and I continue to use Tissue Rejuvenator in smaller, maintanence doses to relieve inflammation. If I'm going to continue to run, bike and play tennis, I'm going to continue to use Tissue Rejuvenator to prevent injury. Easy to swallow capsules.

I use the product 2 in Am & 2 in PM. Best product of its type, I have tried multiple brands - this stuff delivers better recover, less inflammation, over all healthier recovery during marathon training. I am not associated with Hammer in any way shape or form, this is just good stuff. i'll be buying more soon!

I was diagnosed with tendinosis where the tendon attaches to the pelvic, not serious, but painful. It was starting to get better, but still such an issue at the end of each run. It has taken me 3 months of physical therapy just to get this amount of improvement. Used this product for two weeks, during that time the pain left. I stopped taking thinking the pain would return, that this was probably nothing more than a cover up. Wrong, it's now been two weeks of not taking anything and I am pain free. My husband, of course, just would not believe me. So he started taking it for pain is his shoulder that he woke up with for years. One week later, exactly, he is pain free. He is afraid to stop using, his arm feels so good. Even though my tendinosis did not give me pain while running, it was such a mental burden knowing that it's there.

I use this product for post short runs and throughout long runs. Most of the time during long runs I use one capsule every 45mins to one hour. Post runs include two capsules every four hours. Great product for this 44 yr old.

Great product. I have a sensitive stomach and bothered my stomach a bit, but most likely would not bother others. Much better than anything at GNC.
