These are the best Gels I've ever used. After trying many different brands and types I never could find one that tasted good and was effective. When I found Honey Stinger I tried all the flavors and was impressed by the long lasting energy and the great taste. It also had a good easy to swallow texture and didn't leave a funny after taste in my mouth. Having something I want to eat and is easy to swallow was crucial for me in a gel for both training and especially racing. I use all flavors regularly and they are the only gels that I use.

I use this honey for smoothies before I run, eat it during, and sometimes after a long run. It tastes great, no weird side effects, and goes down easy. Better than I had expected as I did not get any stomach cramps from it during running nor did the taste make me want to spit it out. Yummy!!!

Was very happy I decided to try this out. I have a very sensitive stomach on my long runs and other products used in the past contributed to GI issues. This settled very nicely and no issues. I will be using this product over and over!

I have tried so hard to stomach these. It tastes like honey mixed with a vitamin drink. A bad tasting vitamin drink. I have to plug my nose and have something to eat afterward in order to take it. It makes me feel nauseous and it gives me heartburn. I have tried four other brands of gels and none of them bothered me. I actually ENJOY the taste of the others. GU and Hammer are my favorites. Honestly I can't believe people can take this.

Our training program gave these out in a "schwag bag" before our half marathon race. I decided to throw it in my fuel belt on race day (just in case). Well, it was a hot day, so I ended up trying this one at about mile 7. I was expecting the consistency of GU/Clif Shot. It is much runnier. It honestly tasted just like honey. I'm thinking on a winter run, or during flu season, it would be nice. But in 85+ weather, I didn't enjoy it. I tried the "gold" variety.

Usually take 1 for running a half marathon and few for a full. It tastes real good compared to other gel I've tried and very effective.

The honeystinger stuff works well. It doesnt have the nasty fake flavors like some other gels. The hint of honey taste is good. I personally like the chocolate and all of their bars. Good stuff!

I used Honey Stinger Gels this winter in all of my Nordic skiing marathons. I also took other brands of gel with on my 50km events. Honey Stingers were the best, they are easily washed down with a small amount of water. The packages were easy to get into on the fly keeping my time at the aid station to a minimum. I would definitely recommend them to anyone out for a long workout or marathon of any discipline!

Honey Stinger puts out a solid product. We have been using them ever since the BC Bike Race last year. The taste is awesome and desirable. Honey Stinger puts out energy bars, protein bars, gels and energy chews in a variety of flavors. We especially love the gels because they are handy, easy to use and most importantly hit the spot.
