This thing is a miracle.
I've had multiple calf strains during the last 4 years, just could not stay on the road for more than a few weeks at a time before another strain would occur.
Finally, I gave this thing a try out of desperation and it really works! It rolles out all of the knots in my calf muscles and allows me to run pain free.
If you are experiencing chronic calf strain, give this thing a try, it works!

Love it. I use it to massage the calves and glutes. Definitely reduces DOMS and provides a good upper body workout just to roll the stick. Its like a two for one deal: get a good workout with the arms while helping the legs recover

This is the best recovery/injury prevention tool I've ever used. I have been using The Stick since 1999 and don't know what I'd do without it. It was a major part of my recovery from the effects of a lower back disc ijury in 2001. My left IT Band was extremly tight due to some nerve damage after the injury and The Stick was the only tool that helped the IT Band recover, thus helping me get back to the level of running I was at.

I don't know what I would do without The Stick in my training. I use it before my runs and I feel better, I use it afterwards and I get out the soreness so much faster. Only takes me 2 to 3 minutes. And I can feel the tightness in my muscles. Great Tool. Thanks!
