I use for a quick minute several times throughout the day as well. This little tool was a game changer for me. With a total of maybe 10 minutes a day I'm able to relieve so much tension and pain from distance running. I have bursitis in my hips and it's very effective pain management. I'm training for my first full marathon and this tool will help me get there! Pros

Comments about RPI Sprinter Stick Injury Recovery: I ordered this for a convenient way to treat my leg muscles after intense crossfit workouts. Previously I was using my dense foam roller but it became a little tedious/awkward when trying to roll the legs. The runner stick is perfect for that! It's very convenient to travel with too -- moreso than my foam roller. I wouldn't call it a complete replacement for my roller though because you can't really get your back muscles and even if it was long enough to, you're not using your entire body weight like on a roller. But this does exactly what I needed it to do and it does its job well! I can roll out my leg muscles with ease at all different angles I couldn't get to with my foam roller. I'm very happy with my purchase! Pros

Comments about RPI Sprinter Stick Injury Recovery: I've had a terrible time with calf injuries over the past 4 months. I bought this because I felt it was better than the ball roller I had been using. It definitely is easier to use and the effects can really be felt. Instructions say to apply as much pressure as needed and this can hurt a little but it is a good hurt. I use it both before and after a run. So far so good. Started using it with my latest calf rehab and so far I have no pain or tightness in the injured area and my milage and pace have been increasing each week. Don't know if it's the stick or my being smart about the rehab or both. I do think it has had a positive effect. However, the "it's on it's way within two hours of order pledge" leaves a lot to be desired. Mine took a while to get to me with no explanation from RRS. Pros
