Comments about RPI Body Stick Injury Recovery: I've been using the Stick for several years on a daily basis. I bought this one b/c I wanted one that was slightly longer and stiffer. This one is perfect b/c it's not overly rigid or overly flexible and not too long or too short...it's just right! The shaped handles are nice too.

Comments about RPI Body Stick Injury Recovery: The stick really helps when it comes to working out kinks and soreness areas. I used it on hamstrings, calves, inside knee and lower back and had improvement in the tightness of all these areas after the first use. I have a big stick and the small travel size. The top of the smaller one helps target specific locations to release tension on tendons. I highly recommend this product.

Comments about RPI Body Stick Injury Recovery: I use this all the time, it is great to use on tight muscles especially on the legs. My kids have taken the other sticks from me. This is my third stick. Using this piece of equipment helped me complete the Disney Goofy challenge of 39.3 miles. One piece of advice, do not take in a carry on on an airplane, it is considered a weapon.
