      Comments about RPI Hybrid Stick Injury Recovery:

      I run, cycle and do CrossFit, so I get pretty sore. This stick has the ability to work in deep with the center bead which does a fantastic job getting out big knots. You don't loose the traditional stick characteristics of the smooth beads either. It affective using heavy or light pressure.

      I haven't had it long, but it has benefitted every portion of my legs (hamstrings, calves and quads). I used it on my wife's back and she loved it as well.
