    more food than sugar, I like it for cycling as well as long runs. Fig based but no issues with stomach at all! Something different that works.

    First I have to say I really am not a fan of figs and this product is fig based. Despite that though I've found the flavor absolutely delightful especially in comparison to the other energy goo's out there. You can feel the energy pick up fairly quickly after using the product. All natural, organic and gluten free
