very reflective, but no sweat absorbtion at all. It doesn't breathe at all. For cold weather running, this will work just fine,like under 45deg.
overall it serves its purpose.

I was happy with this garment. The sleeves were a bit short even in the one size larger. I liked the back pocket. nice bonus! The material is very soft and comfortable.
