          I wear these mostly just around the house to keep my feet warm. They are safer than regular socks because of the no skid dots and lightly comfortable. I don't do a lot of yoga but they seem fairly secure for positions - particularly with a mat. They do slide a bit on tile surfaces when under pressure.

            Really works great on a mat, the grippers at the bottom keep my from slipping, I don't like to go barefoot at the Y....and Injinji toe socks are good for allowing your feet to spread out.
            I couldn't do this with another sock.
