Comments about Inov-8 Bare-XF 260 Cross Training Shoe:

My favorite shoes for powerlifting. Barefoot tech and sticky bottom allows for proper form in deadlifts, squats, and other powerlifts. I don't recommend running outside in these; it will ruin the sticky outer sole and plus it doesn't have good arch support. Very flexible toe area, and lots of room there to wiggle them. I prefer these velcro straps over annoying shoe laces. Camouflage is stylish! Material is lightweight, but not thin enough to evoke a "cheap" look or feel; rather, it has a little cushion. Kind of like squeezing a thin sponge covered with soft potato sack/bag. It's not an all-sport shoe; I recommend these just for power-lifting, indoor gym surfaces.

    Absolutely love these shoes. The velcro allows you to tighten the shoes to precisely the tightness you need without messing with laces. Also, the velcro doesnt get in the way when jumping rope like laces do. The rubber bottoms stick to the floor when squatting or doing deadlift which helps with stability. They are reinforced for rope climb and have good traction for rope climb too.
