    Comments about Womens Inov-8 F-Lite 215 Running Shoe:

    I bought these shoes for Crossfit. They are great for lifting. Very flat shoes, able to balance effectively. Extremely light weight and flexible. I wouldn't necessarily say these would be the best shoes to run more than 2 or 3 miles in. These are also fairly narrow shoes. If you have wide feet, these will not work for you.
