Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: Wanted this to be a pair of Romaleos, should have gotten the Romos. However, not a bad shoe overall. Not very stiff but I guess they're going for the flexible/WODing type lifting shoe, rather than the Romaleos, super stiff, only for lifting kind of lifting shoe. Like I said, not a bad shoe, just not what I was looking for in the end. Buy if you want something to lift in that isn't a pair of nanos or running shoes and that's flexible enough to take on a couple runs if it's included in a WOD, provided you like to midfoot strike.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: This shoe has a very stable platform for lifting. Not squishy like most crosstrainers - there's not much padding so I wouldn't recommended running or high imapct workouts in these. But for squats, deadlifts, etc. they're great. They keep your foot and heel stable, no slidding or pronating, and they look pretty good too.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: These shoes are amazing!! I do Crossfit and needed some Olympic weightlifting shoes that I could also do WOD's in. I did some research online and thought I would give these a try. They are lightweight enough for me to wear them during a workout but sturdy enough to keep my feet flat during squats, power cleans, snatches, etc.. After I got a pair my coach order some as well and he loves them just as much as I do. Cant go wrong with these!!

Cons Best Uses Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: I wanted a lifting shoe that I could use for Crossfit WODs that included Olympic lifts. Currently, the only shoe like this is the Reebok Crossfit Lifter. Inov-8 did a great job with this. I've done WODs that included burpees, thrusters, C&J, etc. Really solid shoe, but some forefoot flex. I'm not sure I'd do box jumps, maybe DUs. My snatch has felt rock solid. Would definitely recommend this.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: Bought these to use during SOME of our crossfit/OPT workouts, mostly oly lifting. I chose these over strict lifting shoes because I wanted to be able to do other movements during the workout without feeling too uncomfortable ie, box jumps, rowing, airdyne, etc.. Definetly don't wear them for any kind of running workout, heel strike too much. Can't speak on durability yet so we'll see, but so far so good. Would be 5 stars if I knew how durable they would be.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: These shoes are great! If you are looking for a good shoe for Olympic lifting or just a strict lifting day, these are perfect. I bought them for my husband for Christmas and gave them to him early because we were maxing on back squats today. His biggest lifting issues have been lack of ankle flexibility and difficulty staying in his heels. These shoes kept him in position fantastically and enabled him to squat low in a stable manner. He PR'd 20 pounds tonight just from the stability the shoes allowed him to have. Plus, they look great, which is a plus because a lot of lifting shoes are ugly. He wears a 13 in dress shoes with an average-width foot and I bought a 12.5 in these. They fit perfectly! We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: sizing is dead on with the Nano - but toe box is much narrower - which gives a good snug fir - desired in Oly shoes. great flex for double unders and box jumps - and not bad at all on short runs (200m and less) stick well on lifts and comfortable - very happy with the choice

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: The first Oly-lifting shoe from my fav brand, this shoe is much lighter than most Oly shoes out there. It features good forefoot flexibility, so it performs very well in Crossfit-style workouts. That said, I wouldn't run a lot in them. Another possible concern is that my toes touch the front, which is fine for lifting, but keep that in mind when ordering your size.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: Use for Olympic lifting and crossfit wods that don't include running. Excellent stability for clean and jerks and snatches and al variations of squats. Never had inov8s before but I am now a fan.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: This is my third pair of Inov8. I am used to minimal shoes with less than 3mm sole. The Fastlift 335 runs 1/2 size small, so get a 1/2 size bigger. It's slightly more narrow than traditional Inov8 shoes, most likely to plant your feet for weightlifting movements. They are supposed to be the most lightweight cross-functional shoe, but it's a change from wearing minimalist shoes (if you are like me, you will feel their weight). As far as performance, these puppies plant your feet during snatches, C&Js, etc (ie, they definitely add a performance level vs traditional shoes). They are pretty comfortable based on what they are (cross-functional shoes), but definitely not as comfortable as regular or minimalist shoes. For what I bought them (Crossfit) I would definitely recommend these.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: I wear an 11.5 US in inov8 in general. 11.5 was a little small in the fast lift. This is my first pair of oly type shoes so I can't compare them to anything. What I can say is that I let my coach try them and he liked them. I like them.

Comments about Mens Inov-8 FastLift 335 Cross Training Shoe: These are a great shoe for both Oly and CrossFit type workouts. They are a little tighter than other Inov-8s that I've had in the past but I am getting used to it.
