It's very comfortable, easy to handwash if you need to, dries quickly and provides great support (I'm only a 36A, but I'm snug in there). I use these for running and yoga, but also trekking and travelling because of their easy care and comfort. They are great to sleep in if you're on an overnight train, camping, etc. They also pack small.

Comments about Womens Champion Seamless Cami Sports Bra: Not for the high impact cardio that I do but for the weight lifting...it doesn't get much better. Comfortable, breathes, no pinching, no restrictions to movement, stays in place, I'd recommend it to anyone. Yes it does flatten the bust a bit but I'm prepared to live with it for the other reasons.
