The rubber is very stiff and doesn't bend easily. All the other minimalist shoes I have had a soft and pliable sole.

I can't describe how disapointed I am/was with these shoes. I wear love Kswiss casual shoes and had been wanting to try their running brands. I had to exchange after 4 runs; they weren't the shoe for me. They really need to work on improving the soles of these shoes.
