    I just started training for my first half marathon and had to switch shoe brands when I could no longer get my favorite Puma's. Before Puma I wore the Saucony Progrid Guide 5. These shoes feel lighter than 9 ounces. In fact the uppers feel like nothing but comfy socks. The support is adequate. Even after my first run I felt like I had been wearing these forever. No aches or hot spots.
